15” Aluminium Beadlock Wheel have become rare and that’s why we decided to make them. We wanted to use our existing wheels which we knew would look sick after conversion on one hand and for another rig we wanted to keep the OEM style look with the added features and coolness. What is your Intention?

We went the 6 Segment and 24 Bolt Solution, since any segment can be replaced individually at a lower cost then a complete ring. We tried and tested our setup in several European Racing Events and also on the road with great success!

All we need from you is your wheel prepared for polishing, powder coating or painting after the machining and welding Process. We will machine down the outer lip of your rim, weld on the beadlock ring inside and outside, machine it again and put in the threaded inserts for bolting the segment rings to complete the Beadlock System. We then send back your wheels to finalize your paint or polish or whatever finish you plan to have.

The complete conversion adds 2,4 kg to your existing wheel. In case of an 8×15 Alcoa wheel we startet at 9 kg per wheel and had it beadlocked at 11,4 kg. The conversion kit consists of the full machining process, the required Aluminium and Hardware to convert the wheels, 6 Beadlock Segments, 24 bolts and washers.

If you are using another 8274 based winch like GP, MB or RW an aluminum version will be possible since the performance lower housings all have mounting holes to the bottom of the tray, which the original 8274 does not have.

Therefore, we invented a skid Plate which is way stronger than the stock or the Aluminum Aftermarket Versions but only add as much as necessary additional weight to the TJ. Our Skid Plate consists of a mix of 4mm Stainless steel at the rear section for impact strength, a 4mm reinforced Stainless lower Section against impact and best ability to skid over rocks. Aluminium in this position acts like glue on Rocks and wears very quick. We also added a pump sump plate which adds streght to this section and saves the pump assembly. The side panels and the front mounting brackets are made from AlMg3 Aluminium, to reduce the weight where it’s not necessary to be.

We also added some room in the front of the Skid Plate to help you with clearance issues during axle conversions. We use Nissan Patrol axles on one car and there is enough room for full suspension travel upwards.

No extra Bodylift is needed for the installation of this Skid Plate.

Our Sliders are made out of AlMg3 Aluminum so be as strong as possible but do not raise the weight of the car more than necessary. And don’t they look super?

Our slider is a two-piece design which does not need to be welded. The outer part (rail), which will avoid the damage can be replaced if worn or if you modify the vehicle.

We offer two versions of this slider. The standard Version comes with a 40mm wide side rail.

Additionally we offer a 65mm wide rail, which is 10cm longer at both ends and need to be cut by yourself to meet your requirements. 65mm width allows your copilot to have a safer stand on it during countering the car and also it helps to have a little less dirt in the face since it acts like a mud flap more then the narrower version. The extended length has been done to generate a cleaner look on your TJ if you use Hi-line fenders or aftermarket flares and want to have the cleanest look.

Also we added some etched template marks on the bare bumper, which allow you to drill your holes for a standard low line winch or Red Winches Cobra1.

If you want, we can also build the custom winch mount onto the Bumper for you. We did various types now for Red winches, Warn and Gigglepin setups. We recommend the welded shield on the Aluminium bumper only if the winch is mounted to the base of the winch and also to the shield. On 8274 winch shields we found out that it’s possible to build it strong enough for a 1 motor setup, but since these winches are only mounted to the shield, a dual motor setup is not recommended.

We also offer several versions steel winch plates which mount on top of the bumper. This is not the lightest option but is a must on 8274 based winches with twin motors and of course if you just want to mount your winch when necessary.

Up front of the Bumper we added 2 sets of bolt patterns for tow hooks. Installing these hooks not only give you winch points but also adds protection to your bumper surface from rocks and your number plate.

We added 4 bolt holes up front to give you an easier entrance in building protection plates for Transmission and Engine Oil pan. Drilling holes in Stainless steel is no fun.
