Not sure, who invented the original, detachable winch tray for Warn 8274 winches originally, but here is our version of it. We did several testing prototypes in Aluminum and steel, but in the end only the good old steel version was able to withstand a dual motor winch setup on 24V.
If you are using another 8274 based winch like GP, MB or RW an aluminum version will be possible since the performance lower housings all have mounting holes to the bottom of the tray, which the original 8274 does not have.
